Healthy foods provide the nutrients your body needs to function and mHealthy Dietaintain energy. The key nutrients that make up a healthy diet include.

Healthy diet must be in routine. Eating healthy ingredients in your daily meals provide your body organs all types of elements such as nutrients ,fiber, carbohydrates etc.Y

There are 5 major types of food you must include in your  meal

vegetables : green vegitables is the main source of Fiber.

fruit : gives us nutrients

meats and poultry, fish, eggs : protien which is body building element

grain  foods : mostly wholegrain or high cereal fibre varieties.

milk, yoghurt, cheese or alternatives : mostly reduced fat.

 

Hygiene

Your diet may include prorper proportion of every element.
And also maintain the hygiene because if you intake unhygenic
food it may affect your health and may causes deseases and
make your body low and sick also.
Food hygiene is relevant to everyone working in the food industry, including the distribution of food, selling food, producing, processing, storing or retailing food. Unhygienic conditions include-
unclean surfaces
As we must at least observe the surfaces where the origin of the food was, Is the area where it made was clean or not , as the shown in the image the people who is not taking any precautions about cleanliness and still people without any care eat.
Hygiene is very important healthy diet  such as we should watch our hand before and after meal also, The area where we eat our food must be clean.
Our aura must be stay our environment clean so automatically our surrounding will be clean.
If we take the safety majors regarding consuming food like cleanliness etc ,we did not get affected with food born diseases which later it also affect our immune system . Which may causes barriers in our heathy plan also.

 

The source of protein 

Our diet is incomplete without protein. There are some ingredients which

contain higher amount of protein like eggs, curd, meat, paneer etc.

Protein is the bodybuilding element which builds out muscles and make our body stronger and also make our body capable to lead some diseases by its own with the help of ATP’s.

The source of carbohydrates 

Carbohydrates gives you power to do work. The  sources of carbohydrate are sugar, fruits, grains, etc. Some carbs are healthy but some of them are unhealthy because some of them contain fats .

The source of Fiber

All green vegetables are the source of fiber. It is also a part of carbohydrate

s which keeps our body maintain  and control weight and help in digestion process.

For preparing a healthy meal

your meal must contain above three sources with

proper ratio that is carbohydrates,

protein and fiber. By including this your meal become healthy.
